Ignite Her Mind is a two-day event dedicated to STEM education and leadership for sophomore girls from across RUSD. This year, over 200 students from across RUSD high schools and secondary specialty programs attended. Focused on experiential learning and empowerment through STEM, including multiple breakout sessions and inspiration from trailblazing women whose mission it is to encourage all girls to explore and pursue successful futures in science, technology, engineering, and math, Ignite Her Mind is helping to close the on-going gender gap in related college programs and careers.
