Can the Coquette and Jester Classic keep up with the RT3000 and ZR350? These are some more non-tuner cars that seem to have decent balance and it's time for Rockstar Games to expand on the tuners class! There's also some great racing as always!

Because of limitations in the race creator, the speedway used in this video can increase “top speed”, which is calculated as average speed over the course of an entire lap.
