The A-Sub is a an "octavider" effect. Whichever note you play, it will add the same note an octave below it.
The C-Psycho is often misunderstood. It adds infrasonic frequencies to your signal, the kind you don't hear, but feel/sense. Careful not to use too much otherwise you will overdrive your amp, and possibly blow your speakers!
