In this video we talk about the product Pruvit Keto OS NAT. Is this product worth the price? Does it taste good? Does it work?

First, let's talk about taste. The taste is amazing, especially the Hibiscus Lemonade flavor. The other flavor I got - Raspberry Lemonade - was not as good, as it had a minty after taste. Overall, the taste is amazing and I give it 5 stars.

Now, let's talk about the cost. A box of this stuff costs about $108 and there is 20 servings so that comes out to about $6 per serving. That is about as much as a drink from Starbucks, however Starbucks doesn't come with all the awesome health benefits. Is it worth that price? It's up to you to decide.

Let's talk about the ingredients and what's actually in this product. I love the fact that this product has Vitamin B6 and B12 in it. As a plant based vegan, I like being able to get those extra B vitamins in and this product is loaded with it. It also has a good amount of Magnesium, which many people in the US are deficient in Magnesium. Finally, it has the ingredient called Uncaria Tomentosa, also know as Cat's Claw Bark, which I used as one supplement that helped me heal my body from lyme disease. I love the ingredients that I mentioned here, and view them as a big bonus that goes with this Pruvit Keto OS Nat.

Finally, let's talk about the effectiveness. Did it help me enter Ketosis and how did it make me feel? I wish I had a better testing method like some test strips to see if I had entered Ketosis, but I did not. Perhaps I will make a video with that included in the future. I do not know for sure if my body was in ketosis because I did not test. However, it did help me feel a bit more focused, centered, and energized when I used the product. Maybe that's because of all the B vitamins, or maybe it helped me enter ketosis? I am not sure, but overall this product is a bit pricey, and maybe worth the money, I am not too sure what I think about it, but wanted to open up the conversation to you! What do you think?
