In his talk, Jay calls upon the next generation of Mongolians to take ownership of their democracy, to stay positive on all that has been accomplished, and to strive for an even better future. James A Liotta “Jay” spent his first two years in Mongolia as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer, where he developed a great appreciation for the Mongolian people and their culture. Currently, he is the letterhead partner of the law firm MahoneyLiotta LLP. Both Jay and the firm are ranked Band 1 by Chambers Global and Chambers Asia Pacific. Jay served as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Mongolia (2016-2017), and currently sits on its Board of Directors.
