Ever since the Spanish government announced plans for fast-track citizenship to Jews of Sephardic heritage, doubts have been raised about the exact criteria that applicants must meet. A new scientific report may provide a further headache for Spanish legislators by suggesting that in fact nearly all Jews may be eligible to apply.
