Ingredients:
(2 servings)
400 g silken tofu
2 green onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of chili powder or broad bean paste (douban jiang)
1 star anise
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
oil, salt
