Here's the HIGHEST Ultra Instinct Goku Level 3 Super in a ToD/100% Combo. I have done this one quite a long time ago and now I wanna see if we could get much higher. To MAXIMIZE the height, I decided to use DBS Broly and Goku Blue alongside UI Goku.
