Driving instructor making dumb/unsafe passing of a scooter, crossing into path of incoming vehicle in left lane, taking away the advantage of passing, by doing that, also run across solid lane before pedestrian crossing. After flashes he rise his arms, after cars line up, he ask "what is the problem, i turn on blinker"? As we can see, he doesn't even know what he did wrong there, but again he is driving instructor in driving school (God have mercy). The main question is: would driving school student pass driving exam if he make this kind of passing another bike or vehicle?
