Ingredients:
1 big bunch of tri color Amaranthus, 1/2 coconut grated, 4 green chillies, 4 red chillies, 1 cup curd, 1 small piece jaggery, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, coconut oil, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 red chilli, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt.
