Slow Cooker Beef Curry Recipe🍴
Made in a Lakeland 6L Slow Cooker (17168)
Ingredients:
- 600g lean diced beef
- 2 tbsp curry paste
- 1 white onion diced
- 400g tin of cherry or chopped tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 beef stockpot
Method:
1. Add all of the ingredients aside from the stock pot into the slow cooker, mix well and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours in your Lakeland 6L Slow Cooker
2. 30 minutes before serving add the stock pot and stir in as it dissolves into the curry
3. Garnish and serve with rice
