Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage (MWSS) Chief Regulator Patrick Ty denies conniving with water distributors Manila Water and Maynilad to ensure profitable government contracts.
He also insists the new water concession agreement that will be presented to the two concessionaires will better protect the interest of the public.
