Ingredients: (450g bread tin, size 20x10x10cm)

270g bread flour
30g sugar
25g powdered milk
50g iced milk
55g egg liquid
75g whipping cream
30g sweetened condensed milk
10g fresh yeast (or 3g sugar-tolerant dry yeast)
3g salt

Preheat the oven to 200C/390F
Place the bread tin on the lower rack and bake for 35 minutes
