On March 10, counting of votes began at 8 am for five states – Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa & Manipur. Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP is headed for a big win in the Congress ruled Punjab. AAP has crossed the half-way mark in Punjab. Congress is sitting on the second position but is far behind the AAP.
