The Unbound Queen, the third novel of The Four Arts series by M.J. Scott, is about our heroine basically being backed into taking the throne by circumstance. I'm not sure if there's another book after in this particular series, I haven't checked.
This sequel also appears to have been self-published by emscott enterprises in 2020.
