Feyenoord striker Santiago Gimenez has rejected an offer to move to Nottingham Forest ahead of Friday’s transfer deadline. Despite an agreement over a €35m fee, the Mexican striker has decided against joining the Premier League side. Gimenez has not ruled out staying at Feyenoord this season if he does not get a suitable move. Forest will have to turn to a new target before the transfer window closes.
