From Uganda to Iran, this year governments continue to disrupt the internet and communications during elections, protests, exams and beyond. As part of the #KeepItOn global campaign to end internet shutdowns, this workshop invites tech and media experts to discuss how to measure, collect evidence, and respond during a shutdown.
