Start to finish view of how easy and worthwhile it is to restore a vintage wood console radio cabinet. Many of these tube radios came from the 1930's and 1940's and are now being thrown out. In my case the radio itself was missing but the cabinet was still worth saving. In only a few hours it's possible to take one of the old wood consoles and make it look beautiful again. I sanded it down, stained it and then started the process of adding the top coat. I'll be adding new stereo components to this one soon and will post an updated video. In the meantime, hope others can enjoy the beauty that was hiding underneath the $5 wood cabinet. It's not perfect, but pretty good for a few hours.
