Here is a recipe for Desi Dal Tadka. Make your regular dal a lot tastier. Take equal proportion of toor, masoor and moong dal boil with ginger, chili and turmeric powder. To make yummy tadka add ghee to pan along with Jeera, Asafetida and sautey onion, tomatoes and chilies. When cooked add lemon juice green coriander and boiled Dal. Garnish it with butter while serving. Enjoy this high protein and healthy दाल फ्राई with Roti or rice.
