The Scottish European Educational Trust (SEET) runs an annual Euroquiz for P6 pupils, which sees teams of four working together to broaden their knowledge of Europe. Subjects covered include history, geography, sport, culture, languages and the European Union.
This year's national final was held on 11th May in the Debating Chamber of the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh.
The Quizmaster for the day was Deputy Presiding Officer Elaine Smith MSP., who commented on the impressive standard of knowledge from all schools in the final.
Well done to everyone who participated, but special congratulations go to the team from Carmondean Primary School in West Lothian, who emerged as eventual winners after a very close final round with the team from St. Mary's Primary School in West Dunbartonshire.
