Tamarind - A gooseberry size
Chilli powder - 2 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 1/2 tsp

Garlic - 8
Pepper - 1 1/4 tsp
Fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp

Water - 1/4 cup
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - for taste

Coconut oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Crushed small onion - 4
Dry Red chilli - 3
Curry leaves - one spring
