1. White lentil-500 gm
2 Garam lentil
Onion 1 medium size
4.Ginger 1 inches
5.Bay leaves
asafoetida 1 pinch
7. Turmeric powder 1 pinch
8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
9. Black cardomom-1
10. Black pepper 10
11. Cloves 3
12. Cinnamon sticks 2 small piece
13. Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 4 to 5
Clarified butter 5 to 6 tbsp

Some coriander leaves
Ginger Julian
Green chillies 2
Lemon 1
