The Gros Islet Constituency Council has identified a new area near the abandoned Daher Mall, at Bois D’ Orange to which to relocate coconut vendors who’ve been plying their trade in Rodney Bay. The decision was prompted by health and safety concerns but vendors are not too pleased with the manner in which they are being treated or with the new location. Don Nicholas reports
