My BB Torch 9860 is still under warranty and I called BB authorized service center in the country I live now and advised to send it for service and repair which will take about 1 month.
I am a newbie and I am an average phone user. My first time BB experience deteriorated after this incident that my BB 9860 restarts and loops restarts again and again cant get to load into phone mode during start up, I have never expected BB 9860 with OS7 to be having this issue at the first place. This poor experience is so frustrating to me and just in 2 month it has to be sent for service and repair. I guess likely my BB 9860 will be reset to factory setting once again and everything on the phone will be gone.. So pity!
I hope RIM people who read my message understands this untoward feelings for BlackBerry decives. I wish everyone else with your BlackBerry device good luck and all the best.. Maybe I'm the unlucky one to get this issue or maybe there are others who face similar problems. Please share your experience with me. Thank you for reading this
