Here is how i made my tie dye vest with Sharpie markers and rubbing alcohol. You can make all kinds of designs on your t-shirt/vest using the sharpie markers. It is a lot of fun and it is a great craft for kids to do also.
Once you are done with the design, Iron the fabric to set the colours.
