Has someone told you, "Your baby is not gaining enough weight." Are you freaking out? What does this mean? Were you confidently breastfeeding your baby, and now unsure of yourself? The term "not gaining enough", implies gain. If there was weight loss, they would say, your baby has lost weight. Too many moms hear this, and it can sadly, sabotage breastfeeding. Listen to me and hear what really matters and what parents should be looking at to confirm health and growth in their breastfed baby.
