Methods:
*Take a bowl add beef ,ginger & garlic paste , Salt ,turmeric , red chilli powder , coriander powder ,cumin powder all ingredients mix well & add cooking oil mix well & marinate for minimum 1 hour.
*Take a pressure cooker add cooking oil , black pepper, cinnamon sticks & cloves , chopped onion stir fry onion color little change add marinated beef mix well add water cover the pressure cook in medium flame till 5 to 6 whistle.
*Open cover add whisked curd & mix well add all spices powder & mix well cover the lid.
*Open lid & mix well Add some coriander leaves & green chilli & cook in low flame for 5 mins.
*Beef is ready now serve with hot rice & chapatti enjoy.
