This Buffalo chicken dip recipe is really easy to make. Smoke your chicken between 250 to 275 degrees F until it is fully cooked. Let the smoked chicken rest for about 30 minutes to let it cool and allow time for the juices to redistribute.
Then shred your smoked chicken by hand and combine two cups of the smoked chicken with a package cream cheese, 1/2 cup Franks Original Red Hot Sauce, and a half cup of ranch dressing.
Put the mixture into an oven safe pan and cover with shredded cheese and blue cheese crumbles.
Put the pan with the Smoked Buffalo Chicken Dip back in the smoker at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
