Easy Fruit Cake Recipe OR you can call it a Fruit yogurt cake! It is actually a Cranberry Cake! Just in time for the festive Christmas season!
It is a fragrant rich fruit cake! Add any dried fruit you have.
This easy new year cake recipe is so easy to make! Just follow my simple recipe steps!
Ingredients
3 Eggs
Sugar 130g (2/3 cup)
Oil 80ml (1/3 cup)
Melted Butter 30g (2 tbsp)
Plain Flour 220g (1 3/4 cups)
Plain yogurt 125g (1/2 cup)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Mixed dried Fruits 80g (1/2 cup)
Pan size 19x13x6 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c (356f) for 35-40 minutes
