Walk with me inside Ayala Malls The 30th, a 77,000-square-meter shopping mall built and managed by Ayala Malls. It is the first Ayala Mall in Ortigas Center as well as in Pasig City. The mall opened on January 12, 2017.

It features a mix of local and international brands, as well as a wide range of dining options, entertainment facilities, and services. One of the mall's unique features is its outdoor park, which serves as a venue for concerts, food fairs, and other events. The mall also has a rooftop garden, which provides a relaxing space for shoppers to unwind and enjoy views of the city.

The mall was named "The 30th" as it is located at #30 Meralco Avenue beside The Renaissance and across The Alexandra residential condominiums.
