I was so close to retuning the Rollo, but I am happy that I did not. This easy fix made everything better. To fix printing issues with the Rollo, simply click on use system settings instead of just clicking on print.
Etsy: if you use etsy, click on print labels then change the settings to label and it will print 4x6 labels perfectly.
