Samsung has announced the start of mass production of the world’s thinnest LPDDR5X memory modules, available in 12GB and 16GB capacities. They are approximately 0.65mm thick, which is 0.06mm thinner than standard solutions. The new products will be used in high-performance mobile devices designed for AI applications.
