Recipe : "Panna Cotta"
Panna cotta is an Italian dessert of sweetened cream thickened with gelatin and molded.
Panna means "Cream" and Cotta means "Cooked".
Preparation time : 5 min
Ingredients:
Whipping cream ( 250 ml for 2 )
Sugar ( 3 -4 tbsp )
Vanilla Extract
Gelatin or Agar Agar ( Actual Panna cotta is made of Gelatin, but I'm using it's replacement Agar Agar as I'm vegetarian ).
*Using Agar Agar will have different texture*
Process:
Take one tea spoon of Agar Agar( or Gelatin ) and mix it with 2-3 tbsp of water and keep it aside for 5-6 min.
Take a pot and add whipping cream, add sugar and vanilla extract and mix them
Keep it on low flame and bring it to boil and take off the heat
Now add that to moulds, refrigerate preferably overnight or atleast 4-5 hours until it is set.
To unmould dip them in warm water for 5-6 seconds.
That's it ... Ready to serve ;)
