This exercise is used to focus on the upper or clavicular fibers of the pec major. Stand in front of the cable machine and place your legs in a split stance. Begin with your wrists at a 45 degree angle with cables at your sides. Keep a slight bend in your elbows. Bring your hands together in front of you until your thumbs touch. Bring your arms back until you feel a stretch in your chest.
