HOI4 has been out for almost 7 years now, and in that time many dlc's and updates have been released for the game. How has the Hearts of Iron 4 changed to become far more customizable and unique. Was all the time the Paradox Interactive Devs spent worth it, and will these things be added into HOI5/Hearts of Iron 5? Arms against tyranny will also modify the designers and add more customization!
