A Belgian Saison differs from a French Saison by being a little less attenuated and slightly less tart or sour on the finish.
This ale is a very clean ferment, resulting in a beer that on the very initial sip, feels as light and crisp as a light pale lager. Then the more complex fruit, herb and spice of the saison yeast appear.
