AMOB's in-house engineers calculated that the customer’s application needed 500 tonnes of pressure to perform the calculation. To future-proof the machine, they decided to produce a 600 tonne capacity press - to allow the customer to take on any larger press work should they be asked to. On top of that, they incorporated an NC controller for extra precision and repeatability.
