Hills, hills, hills and gorgeous scenery! Break out the treadmill for this smooth virtual run from Exceat to Birling Gap in East Sussex, England in 4K resolution; this trail running video highlights the beautiful Seven Sisters chalk cliffs and forms a 6km trail running route of the Beachy Head Marathon.
The virtual run follows the South Downs Way through the Seven Sisters country park to the hamlet of Birling Gap, which is owned by the National Trust. The Seven Sisters route has over 200m of elevation, and due to erosion an 8th hill has now formed.
It was a beautiful sunny and hot day, great for capturing the vlog run on camera and now you can enjoy the scenery in a virtual training session all year round.

Because of the wind, the ambient sound was poor despite using a fluffy wind muff over the microphone. If the music is not to your taste the mute it and play something else!
