Neymar had to be stretchered off in against Lille with an ankle injury

Neymar Jr was substituted in the 51st minute as Neymar was in tears after he was taken off the field.

Neymar Jr awkwardly went over on his ankle and cut a hugely emotional figure as he laid stricken on the ground.

He received urgent medical attention before being stretchered as he was replaced by Hugo Ekitike.
