​The Bethlehem Light of Peace was delivered to the Mayor’s Parlour this weekend by the Scouts Association.

Each year, just before Christmas, the flame is lit at the Grotto of the Nativity in Bethlehem and travels to Austria. From there, it is distributed by youth organisations and Scout groups across the globe, carrying a message of peace and goodwill.
