In today's episode I try Indonesian food for the very first time. So I went out to Philly to this Indonesian restaurant called Sky Cafe and picked up these three dishes. The first dish I got was the Sate Padang and the second one is the Mie Goreng and the third dish is the Lontong Sayur. Guys I've never had Indonesian food before. So I'm so excited to have this. Right now there's so many delicious smells that I'm smelling right now. I can't wait to try this!

- Satay Padang Beef ($8) - Beef Tongue Padang serve with rice cake/lontong
Let's start off with the Sate Padang which means grilled beef skewer. It comes with cubes of rice and skewers of meat. It's definitely smokey, maybe fried garlic I think. And it came with this - it looks like a tub of peanut butter sauce. Let's see how it tastes just with the skewer. Guys, I thought that was going to be dry but it's not at all - it's super tender. And it has a smokey taste to it! Wow, that's pretty good guys. The rice doesn't smell or taste like anything. It's pretty much rice - kind of sticky. Regarding the sauce - I thought it was going to be like a peanutty kind of taste to it. It really reminds me of gravy that you have on turkey dinner - it has the exact same consistency as turkey gravy. There's some kind of spice there, there's definitely some heat to it. I can't really identify the taste of it. It has this kind of salty kind of spicy taste to it. With the rice it and the beef and the sauce together it's really good!
