The strike for this week (Nov. 11 - Nov. 18) is the Winter Run (Askor, The Archon Priest). The gameplay is done Solo with Heroic modifier set to Level 28. The rewards are 9 Strange coins , 7500 XP (for Mote of Light) , and a handful of random engrams (rare engrams can contain legendary).


In regards to the safe spot used to defeat Askor the Archon Priest there are a few key things that you will need to know.
1.Make sure you set yourself in the right position as seen in the video. If you go too far deep , Askor will go on top of the platform. Remember you can adjust yourself accordingly.
2. At Nightfall difficulty Askor range/damage is increased so beware. It only takes a few for you to get die. Be very caution as reviving your teammates will make them re-spawn on top of the platform.
3.Bring extra ammo synthesis. It is very helpful. If you run out of ammo you can wait for the cool down period which can take up to 10 minutes.
