We are all holding onto very hot and reactive toxins, known as gar visha and ama visha. These hot and inflammatory toxins which we are all harboring today from the 80,000 environmental toxins we have surrounded ourselves with (known as gar visha) and the toxins we make on the inside of our bodies from poor quality hard to digest foods and/or faulty digestion (known as ama visha) need to be carefully removed from the body.
Our ancestors were harboring a very cold non-reactive toxin, called ama, which comes from eating heavy food or food that didn’t digest well. This toxin is very cold and needs to be burnt out through sweating and the use of hot spices and herbs.
The unfortunate thing is that most of the textbooks out nowadays discuss how to remove cold clogging toxins when the majority of us are harboring hot reactive toxins which cause cancer and auto-immune diseases. These types of toxins need to be removed very carefully. You should seek out the advice of an Ayurvedic Physician so you can figure out how to cleanse based on your own unique imbalances.
In the meantime, coriander seed is used to go deep into the tissues, even to the level of the fatty bone marrow, where toxins love to hide out, and retrieve the toxins from there. It not only retrieves the toxins, but it escorts them out of these deep tissues and other fat cells and into the urine.
Coriander seems like a mild cooling spice which many of us have in our pantries, but it is actually quite good at pulling out the dangerous toxins that have into the deeper tissues and taking them out.
The video discusses why you need guidance when it comes to cleansing, otherwise if you try to do a cleanse on your own without understanding the various types of toxins, where they may have gone and how to both prepare the body for cleansing and then how to escort the toxins out, you may cause more harm than good.
The real truth is this: it is very easy to pull toxins out, and that’s where the problem lies. Did you prep enough before you pulled them out? And now that they’re out, do you know what to do with them to prevent them from roaming or even worse, rupturing your physical channels on the way out in the bowel movement, urine and sweat?
