The baked pumpkin is delicious! I season it with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and aromatic herbs. I also add some chili flakes. But that's totally optional! You can add other spices, to your liking!
Pumpkin goes really well with the herbs. So you can very easily customize this recipe to your taste. Just add your favorite herbs like rosemary or sage. You can also add honey, cinnamon, or pomegranate molasses 😋 Experiment and make it to your liking. Pumpkin is very healthy, easy to cook, and delicious!
