He stated clearly that the Stalin government has used the SC/ST fund for 'women's welfare schemes and called the DMK 'corrupt and inefficient.' The ST panels have sought a report of the fund allocation and budget distribution within 15 days. While the DMK answered back, calling this a 'tool to destroy democracy'.
