Today I'll use my new heat treating / casting oven to cast an eagle head pommel out of german/ nickel/ new silver (whatever you want to call it). The blade is made out of 80CrV2 and the handle is out of dyed and stabilized beech. Hope you enjoy the video. I had a blast filming this one.
