Warm up before workout helps us with two things:
1. to avoid injuries during workout.
2. do perform better in our workouts.
How much ever warm up is important, Cool down after workout is also important.
Cool down helps us with different 2 things:
1. get our muscles relaxed.
2. to recover faster from muscle soreness.
