What a brilliant song this is. I’ve been asked for it a lot on my live streams lately. Recorded by Leonard Cohen in 1984 and covered by many artists including Pentatonix, Alicia Keys, Bob Dylan, Alexandra Burke and Jeff Buckley to name a few. I’m playing this in the key of C Major and I take it up to D Major for the last time around... and I’m using 10th’s again in my left hand (and 9th’s) and a lot of expression. This is the first upload that I’ve done playing the Yamaha GB1K Disklavier Enspire where I’ve included strings in the background and it comes out so beautifully. I hope you like it. Again, no sheet music used for this - just my interpretation of listening to the song and following the track.
