Fresh faces, fast legs, and a passion to run. This episode takes us back to Iten, Kenya. The team for 2023 identifies new characters and follows the life of a Kenyan athlete. From sunrise runs on road, track, and trail, to post-run tea and chapati, we will bring you more from these lives and the hard work and dedication necessary to try to reach the top. Not only does it take commitment to the sport, but also pushing the boundaries of pain through tough track sessions and grueling deep-tissue massages.
