Have you been watching House of the Dragon? I never miss a Sunday night and it inspired me to make my own cocktail using dragon fruit. I tried two different types of dragon fruit and realized the yellow one is much sweeter. This drink doesn't have any alcohol, but you are welcome to add your favorite when making the drink at home, or just enjoy it as a spirit-free cocktail.
